Sidcup Sports Club provides playing fields and clubhouse facilities for our Cricket, Rugby and Tennis clubs.

Cricket at Sidcup Sports Club
Sidcup Cricket Club is a family friendly club, founded in 1877.
The club welcomes new members to experience their first class facilities, which include two cricket pitches and year-round practice nets.

Rugby at Sidcup Sports Club
Sidcup Rugby Football Club has played on this site since 1883. It is a friendly, progressive club running several Senior sides, a Ladies XV and numerous Junior teams for boys and girls.
The facilities are excellent, with four pitches and four mini pitches.

Tennis at Sidcup Sports Club
Members of Sidcup Lawn Tennis Club enjoy the use of up to eight excellent hard courts.

Our playing fields are large and well maintained. We also offer eight superb tennis courts. The clubhouse has excellent changing facilities, a gymnasium, three licensed bar areas and a large function room available for social gatherings and Big Screen sports events.
History of Sidcup Sports Club
Sidcup Sports Club has served the people of Sidcup for more than 120 years. Winners of sports trophies from long ago are still commemorated on plaques and photographs in the clubhouse.
The Club owns and operates the playing fields and the extensive new clubhouse facilities, which were purpose-built in 2004 at a cost of more than one million pounds.
Sporting events, sports training and sports teams are organised and administered by our constituent sports clubs.
Functions and Events
As you would expect, most of our sporting activities take place on weekends and weekday evenings. On weekdays (and some evenings and weekends) our facilities are available for corporate events or private events. The revenues we generate from corporate event management help to support the club, thus benefitting all our members.
Professional event managers ensure that the service we offer to Corporate and Private clients is always of the highest standard.
